Your data, in short

What this site collects

There are no cookies, no analytics and no scripts from other companies. When you press send on the enquiry, booking or voucher form, the message is saved on our server and we get an email letting us know.

What we receive and why

When you send us a message, we receive what you wrote in it: your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the address to clean and a description of the job. We use it only to reply, arrange the appointment and do the work. We never sell your data or pass it on.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together, and as long as the law requires for invoices. Copies of requests on the server delete themselves after a year at most, and we will delete them sooner if you ask. On request, we delete anything we do not need for legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Just contact us at info@finsuperclean.hr or 099 544 7758. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
